The Black, Latino & Asian Caucus (BLAC)

The Black, Latino and Asian Caucus is comprised of 27 members of the New York City Council, and as such represents over 4 million New Yorkers from each of the five boroughs. The BLAC convenes to ensure that the issues of particular concern to Black, Latino and Asian communities are addressed city-wide. We are honored to serve such a diverse constituency and will continue to advocate on behalf of the communities who contribute mightily to this city, state and country.
